Operations Coordinator
As kiiks continues to grow, we are looking for an Operations Coordinator who can support a wide range of brand operations.
Because we are still a young brand, we value the mindset of growing the brand together with the team, rather than being limited to a fixed role. This position supports the growth of the brand while being involved in multifaceted projects across cosmetics, spaces, events, community, and collaborations.
Main responsibilities
- Communication and progress management with OEM manufacturers and external partners
- Management support for collaborations and projects
- Operational support for kiiks space
- Sales and wholesale support
- Online store operations support
- Support for photoshoots and content production
- Operations management for samples, inventory, shipping, and related tasks
- Schedule coordination and team communication support
- Other practical tasks related to overall brand operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle brands, or related fields
- Communication skills in Japanese and English
- Basic computer skills（Google Drive / Sheets / Docs / Slack / Canva, etc.）
- Ability to work flexibly
- Ability to take initiative within a small team
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working at a startup or small brand
- Experience with photoshoots, social media, or event operations
- Experience communicating with overseas partners or clients
- Interest in brands and culture

Cafe Manager
This position focuses on cafe operations at kiiks space, including space creation, customer service, menu operations, and team management.
