Fees Necessary in Addition to Merchandise Price

Within Japan: 550 yen flat rate (1,100 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only)

When you place an order, we will show you the shipping costs of EMS (International Express Mail) calculated by the combination of the region classification of the delivery address and the packing weight (a total of items, combined items, and packing materials). The shipping fees and area classifications are as described in EMS.

* The weight of all items is based on actual measurements.

Delivery Time

The items ordered will usually be shipped within three business days.

* We will notify you by email when your order has been shipped. However, please note that there may be delays in sending the shipping confirmation email if there is a high volume of shipments. In some cases, we may not be able to send the email at all. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in advance.
* For reserved items, the estimated shipping date is listed for each item.

Returns

We will accept returns and exchanges for the items you have ordered only if they are found to be defective upon delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement.
We conduct inspections when the products arrive to ensure that we send out only high-quality items. However, if you happen to receive a defective item, please refer to the following information and contact us for further assistance.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you contact us more than 4 days after the product has arrived
  • If the product has been used
  • If the product tags have been removed
  • If the product has been damaged or stained in the customer's possession
  • If any accessories or manuals have been lost
  • If there is no defect with the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges
