Payment Methods

Can you tell me about the payment methods?

A. Accepted payment methods are credit card payment, deferred payment (Paidy), and mobile payment (PayPay).
Credit card payment is accepted by VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

If you do not pay immediately when paying with PayPay, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery

Q. What delivery companies do you use? Also, when will the item be shipped?

A. We use YAMATO TRANSPORT for deliveries within Japan. For international deliveries, we ship items via Japan Post’s EMS. The tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

The items ordered will usually be shipped within three business days.


* Email will be sent to you when we have shipped the item. However, please understand that when we have a lot of shipping items, we may be able to send such email only later or may not be able to send such email at all.
* For reserved items, the estimated shipping date is listed for each item.
Q. How much are the shipping fees?

A. Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 550 yen (1,100 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only).


- Shipping Fees for Outside Japan -
When you place an order, we will show you the shipping costs of EMS (International Express Mail) calculated by the combination of the region classification of the delivery address and the packing weight (a total of items, bundled items, and packing materials). The shipping fees and area classifications are as described in EMS.

* Customs duty is not included and may be charged upon receipt.
* The weight of all items is based on actual measurements.
Q. Is it possible to ship outside Japan?

A. We can ship to all countries covered by EMS (International Express Mail). Please select with the cart your preferred country.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping? Does it come with a shopping bag?

A. We do not offer gift wrapping services. We also do not provide a shopping bag.

Q. When will pre-order items be shipped?

A. The estimated shipping date is listed on each product page. If you purchase a pre-order item together with regular items, they will be shipped together after the pre-order item has arrived.

Cancellation of Order

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can cancel your order only before the item is shipped. Please contact info@kiiks.online to request a cancellation. We will process the cancellation.
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations due to customer preference after the item has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns / Exchanges

Q. Is it possible to return or exchange the item after its arrival?

A. We will accept returns and exchanges for the items you have ordered only if they are found to be defective upon delivery. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement.
We conduct inspections when the products arrive to ensure that we send out only high-quality items. However, if you happen to receive a defective item, please refer to the following information and contact us at info@kiiks.online for further assistance.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If you contact us more than 4 days after the product has arrived
  • If the product has been damaged or stained in the customer's possession
  • If any accessories or manuals have been lost
  • If there is no defect with the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges

* Please note that there may be cases where we cannot accept order cancellations or returns depending on the order details or product condition.
* We can only accept returns through the method specified by our company.
Q. The item I received is different from what I ordered.

A. We apologize for the inconvenience. While we make every effort to ensure accurate shipments, please contact us at info@kiiks.online within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will arrange for a replacement at our expense, covering both the shipping and handling fees.

Stockist

Q. Can you tell me about the stockist?

A. Currently, our products are only available through our online store. We will announce separately if there are any pop-up shops or events where our products will be sold.
